My Quickbooks Self Employed is very messed up and I can't access my account!
When I log in it takes me to some completely different dashboard (see screenshot). If I click anything on this dashboard it displays the following message:
"QuickBooks Online Needed
You need a QuickBooks Online subscription to access this page"
I called Quickbooks Online Support who did a screen share and very kindly verified that I was doing everything correctly, and that this definitely isn't my QBSE dashboard. Unfortunately they couldn't help me any further as there's no official phone support for QBSE. So she wished me luck and said I should try getting help on Twitter, Facebook, or the Quickbooks Community... so here I am.
A bit more info...
- I've tried logging in on Chrome, Chrome Incognito, and Edge on my laptop - none of them work
- Chrome on my mobile did work - but it would be a bit fiddly making out an invoice on my mobile
One more bit of information...
- Prior to trying to logging in I had just completed a survey in which I rated QBSE at 3 out of 10, so maybe it's punishment for my low scoring(?)
