Trying to upgrade bank connection in QB, but get an 509 error connection. Reported error, QB say it's been fixed, but tried 5 times now, still getting error. Anyone help?

Hello there, @harvey36wade.

 

We have an open investigation about upgrading HSBC Bank feeds with Quickbooks Online. Our banking engineers are working this to fix the error as soon as possible.

 

I recommended contacting our customer support team so they can collect your account details. They'll be needing your account information to add you to the list of affected users. We will also be sending email notifications to all customers that are part of the list as soon as the issue is resolved.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Type in error 509 and click Let's talk.
  4. Choose your preferred way to get in touch with them.

To ensure we address your concern on time, check out our support hours.

Hello there, @harvey36wade.

 

The status of the investigation about error 590 for HSBC bank is still in progress, as of now we haven't received any updates if when this will be resolved. Rest assured that our engineers are currently investigating and working on an immediate fix. 
 

I would like to add as well that an update will be sent directly through your email. In the meantime, please bear with the email messages for the updates.
