We have an open investigation about upgrading HSBC Bank feeds with Quickbooks Online. Our banking engineers are working this to fix the error as soon as possible.
I recommended contacting our customer support team so they can collect your account details. They'll be needing your account information to add you to the list of affected users. We will also be sending email notifications to all customers that are part of the list as soon as the issue is resolved.

The status of the investigation about error 590 for HSBC bank is still in progress, as of now we haven't received any updates if when this will be resolved. Rest assured that our engineers are currently investigating and working on an immediate fix.
