Hello Christine, Thanks for your query about registering for notification of updates. We don't have that function available currently however you can view updates to come at this link 

It's only by chance that I find I switch on programme and see something new and useful has been added to the programme that was not there before!

Or, more often, something useful has disappeared as a result of a bug in the code...

Seems just about everywhere there is an issue.

What gets me more is that I just feel the operators answering our calls/live chats are not qualified enough about their own products. 

Then onto CIS, well that's another kettle of fish!  Am I correct that this is on the whole an American programme, if so that answers it all ref CIS, their rules in USA are different to ours in the UK and have written the programme based around that.
