The last lot of transactions transferred from my bank account to quickbooks was the 29th June! Currently I'm checking them off from my bank account. Anyone else having this issue? Having nearly two weeks worth of transactions not appearing is going to be a headache when they do/if they do eventually appear in quickbooks. Is anyone else having this issue? I bank with HSBC!

Can you tell us if you're getting an error message when downloading banking transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed? For now, I can't see any other similar cases about missing HSBC transactions in QBSE.

Start by using a different browser and log in to your account from there. This will let us check if a browser issue is preventing automatic downloads. You can use any of these compatible browsers:
Then, go back to the Bank Accounts page and click Refresh All. Wait for a couple of minutes for the update to complete.
If new transactions are already downloaded, go back to the browser that you're previously using and delete your browsing history. This is to clear out all the internet files or cached that're possibly causing the issue.
