The description of the transactions in reports is from your bank register, which is also from your imported bank transactions. So, I'd assume there's no issue with the description from Banking to your bank register, just in reports but not always.
We can do the basic browser troubleshooting for this. You can log in to QuickBooks in private browser, and see if the description shows up. You can do this three times to see if they show up in all three tests or not. If they do, this could be a result of a full cache, so you'll want to go back to your regular browser and clear the cached data. If it's still the same, you can try other browsers to check if this only happens to the browser you use or in other browsers as well.
Alternatively, you can use MS Excel.
