Deleting an employee altogether seems a rather nuclear option!
Can I revoke access to the employee portal and then reactivate to see if that makes the difference. If yes, how do I revoke access as I can see a way to do it.
Hi eddie-paterson, you can revoke employee portal access by navigating to the payroll settings > employee portal settings > access > tick the employee > revoke access.
