Hi there, info1630.
I'm here to help fix the issue you're having with missing suppliers in your QuickBooks Online (QBO).
It's possible that your suppliers may have been accidentally made inactive, causing them to disappear from your list. Let's verify this by checking the Suppliers tab.
Here's how:
- In QBO, go to the Expenses menu on the left pane.
- Proceed to the Suppliers tab.
- Click the Gear (Settings) icon above the Action column.
- Place a checkmark on the Include inactive box in the Other section.
If the suppliers are now showing, click the Make active option on the right under the Action column to make them active again.
However, if they're not showing as inactive, let's sign in to your QBO using a private browser (incognito). There are times when the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources (cache and cookies), causing this unusual response.
Here's how:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
- Control + Option + P (Safari).
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)
Once logged in, go back to the Suppliers tab again to double-check. If they're now showing, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
