Hello alexmorgan76,
Editing the statement template to add the company logo is one of the top most requested feature. For now, we don't have the timeline as to when this will be added. The good news is that our Product Developers are constantly working on upgrading the software.
While we don't have an option to add a logo to the statement, you can temporarily customise a statement template using MS Excel or Word. Then, copy and paste the customer's statement data from QuickBooks Online.
Please tell us how we can help you more by posting questions in here. We're happy to serve you.
Two + years later and this "top request" still has not been addressed.
We recognize the urgency to be able to add logos for statements in QuickBooks Online, Kim.
I want you to know that the changes in the program is released based on certain several factors. We're unable to provide the turnaround time on when new features are released in QuickBooks, since this is handled by the Developers Team.
Please know that you can share your suggestion within the program. Follow the steps below in a web browser:

It is astonishing that QuickBooks is unable to have such Important yet SIMPLE fixes rolled out immediately.
This speaks volumes about QB's development capabilities.
In reality the QB interface is all looks and NO BRAINS.
As a Consultant, we have stopped recommending QB to clients. We have zero confidence in QB's capabilities. (Hopefully) sooner rather than later another company will swoop in and take over the market share and QB will have their Nokia moment.
There is nothing more aggravating than a company that has become so complacent that they make the smallest requests sound like a big deal! QB is a LAZY LAZY company
Oh it's a joke to be honest. I started this thread a bit back about the small corrections would go somewhere to representing a reasonable system.
Another issue the moderators do when copy and pasting their supposed fixes to out issues is add a reply marked as solved, when clearly a work-around or just asking for us to send feeback is what they deem to be a fix.
I am a QBO customer in Australia and found that I can add a logo to a Statement. The trick seems to be that the statement gets its data from a "Standard - Default" Template, not a custom template that you have likely created for your company.
So go to the Gear icon and choose Custom Form Styles. Select the "Standard - Default" Form type and select Edit. Add your logo to this Standard Template. Check the other info is also correct such as your bank account details etc, then click Done.
Even though I still have my customised Invoice selected as "(default)" the Statement still seems to get its data and logo from what is on the "Standard - Default" template.
Hope that also works for you.
Cheers
Scott
