Hello Felicity-crabtre
We have had a look at the screen shot and we can see all mandatory boxes have been selected so all looks good on that side. It looks likely it is the CSV itself. Did you format the cells for date on the CSV? It could be it can not read that column or that other columns not needed have something causing the block.
Can we ask you to in the excel remove any columns you do not need and once done right click on the top of the column for the date >go to format cells>date>ok>save the file as a CSV and then try and upload again.

Hello Felicity-crabtre.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community.
When you have finished the mapping are there any fields marked in red or errors anywhere? If possible could you attach a screen shot of the last stage you get stuck on so we can take a look?
Thanks ^Becky
Hi Becky

Thank You Felicity-crabtre.
Looking at the attachments there is nothing jumping out to me as to why this would not save, I think it could be a Cache issue and I would appreciate if you could Clear your Cache and Cookies and try this again? Please see link for steps in clearing cache and cookies.
Let me know how you get on.
^Becky
Hi Becky
I cleared cookies and cache data from the browser. I attempted to re-upload the sales receipts into QB for my client and still, nothing happens.
Please help
Felicity
Hi felicity-crabtre
We would be grateful if you can provide us with a screen shot of the Excel file you are attempting to import.
My first attempt at importing the data comes up with error messages, saying the date is invalid, and that the data is invalid on certain lines. So I had to change the format of the spreadsheet.
When I import the 2nd time, it doesn't work or anything. I don't get it.
