Hey guys!
When I send out an invoice and customers choose to click through and pay online by PayPal, Quickbooks automatically deposits the payment into an account for me... but it's the wrong account!
Any ideas where can I change it?? It would save soooo much time!

I would also prefer to receive a payment to the correct account to save time. Let me take you to the team that has the tools to check this for you.

Hello Community Users, we just wanted to pop into this thread. In terms of posting to a QuickBooks bank chart of account. The PayPal app when set up asks which account to post to. This change can be made in the app settings themselves. Any questions please feel free to ask them here.
