Duplicate invoice number error

Is it just one particular invoice that is causing this issue?

How did you attempt to locate the duplicate invoice number?

It has been a couple, all Amazon invoices though.

I've clicked on expense and searched that way and also just clicked on the magnifying glass.

Hey Marciasca,

When you click on the Magnifying Glass, select the option for "Advanced Search" and make sure the search parameters are set to "Reference No." and please let us know if the transaction is still missing.

I think it's worthwhile contacting our team on our telephone lines on 0808 234 5337 - This will need to be diagnosed by one of our phone team; we'll have to do a screenshare with you, take screenshots of the error and likely raise it to our engineers. I'd never normally advise this; but without seeing what's occurring, i could give you a number of suggestions, all which could end up fruitless.
