Duplicate invoice number error

I think it's worthwhile contacting our Live Support team - This will need to be diagnosed by one of our phone team; we'll have to do a screenshare with you, take screenshots of the error and likely raise it to our engineers. I'd never normally advise this; but without seeing what's occurring, i could give you a number of suggestions, all which could end up fruitless.

Our team may be able to identify it through different means. If, when you call - you say you've been advised of the above ^^ by the Social Media & Community Digital care team, and the agent can come speak to me directly if they have any queries of what they need to do with you.
