What is exactly happening in regards to your snap reciept not working? Are you getting any errors or anything showing up?

When I click on snap receipt it comes up: We can't open this right now, try again later.

On the app version, to be able to take a photo of receipts with my phone.

The unexpected behavior of your account can be caused by an outdated app. With this, let’s perform some troubleshooting steps to fix these issues. To start with, you’ll want to restart your device.
Once done, we can refresh the data within the app or from the settings menu on your mobile app. This refreshes the application so we can start with a clean slate.

If the issue persists, I’d suggest you uninstall it by following the steps below, then reinstall the app.
