The unexpected behavior of your account can be caused by an outdated app. With this, let’s perform some troubleshooting steps to fix these issues. To start with, you’ll want to restart your device.
Once done, we can refresh the data within the app or from the settings menu on your mobile app. This refreshes the application so we can start with a clean slate.
After that, proceed to your device Settings:
If the issue persists, I’d suggest you uninstall it by following the steps below, then reinstall the app.
