These QuickBooks Online Accountant Referral Programme Terms and Conditions (“Programme Terms”) provide information on the QuickBooks Online Accountant Referral Programme (“Programme”). These Programme Terms apply to the Programme and are between ‘you’ the participant and Intuit Limited (“Intuit”).

Intuit will make available to the generality of accounting and bookkeeping firms the Intuit QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscriptions packages published on the Quickbooks website at the following page https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/accountants/packages/ “Subscription Package”). List price subject to change at any time at Intuit’s sole discretion. All prices are quoted without VAT. No limit on the number of subscriptions ordered. To participate in the Programme, accounting and bookkeeping firms can refer new customers to sign up to the Subscription Package.
Eligibility:
This Programme is available to existing Intuit UK QuickBooks Online Accountant (“QBOA”) customers who use “bill my firm” invoicing, provided they have been a QBOA customer of Intuit UK for more than 60 days, (“Referrer(s)”).
Referrer(s) are eligible when they share a referral link with a new accountant or bookkeeper (“Referee(s)”), and the Referee subscribes to one or more of the a Subscription Packages during the promotional period and holds the purchase for a minimum of 60 days (“Qualifying Purchase”). Promotional period starts 23 May 2025 and is available for a limited time up to 27th July 2025. Intuit reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion the eligibility of new customers and existing customers for this offer. Intuit further reserves the right to disqualify referrals in circumstances where we reasonably believe they were not made in good faith.
Referral Reward Terms:
For each new Referee, the Referrer will receive a 200 GBP Amazon gift card if the Referee makes a Qualifying Purchase (“Referral Reward”).
It may take up to 120 days to process your Referral Reward. The Referral Reward will be sent via email. The Referrer will receive the Referral Reward email after the Referee has made a Qualifying Purchase. (Referee cannot be an existing paying QBO subscriber).
Gift cards are subject to additional terms, conditions and limitations set forth by Amazon.
Referrers are eligible for a maximum of 10 Referral Reward based on a limit of one Referral Reward per Referee who makes a Qualifying Purchase.
Taxes:
“VAT” means value added tax and any other tax of a similar or equivalent nature imposed in other countries instead of or in addition to the value added tax and any similar or turnover tax replacing or introduced in addition to any of the same.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in this Programme Terms, any consideration, amount payable, Referral Rewards, prices and/or fees payable from Intuit to the Referrer or vice versa are inclusive of VAT, if applicable. The total value of the supplies by each party are of equal value. Considering the amounts payable by each party to the other being equal, each party agrees to the set off amounts due from the other such that no cash payment will be required to be made between the parties.
Additional Terms and Conditions.
Intuit and its Programme service providers reserve the right to:
- modify these terms, or to change, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time and for any reason temporarily or permanently with or without notice;
- delay, cancel, revoke, or prevent issuance of any Referral Rewards in any suspected case of fraudulent use or misuse of Intuit's services or this Programme.
Referrals and Referral Rewards are subject to verification at Intuit's sole discretion.
Terms, conditions, pricing, features, service and support options are subject to change without notice.
Governing Law. These Programme Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Cancellation:
To cancel a QuickBooks Online subscription at any time, please open your web browser and connect to your QuickBooks Online account. Select the cog and then ‘Account and Settings’. Next, go to ‘Billings and Subscription’ and select ‘Cancel’. Fill out the short survey and confirm ‘Cancel’. The cancellation will become effective at the end of the monthly billing period. No pro-rated refunds; access and subscription benefits will continue for the remainder of the billing period.
Trademark Usage Restrictions - No Use of Intuit Company Trade Name, Trademark, or Company Logo: You are required to comply with the following trademark usage restrictions for the Programme ("Trademark Restrictions").
No Use in Direct Business Source Identifiers. Intuit, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, QB, or other similar marks or logos, including but not limited to "Quick", "Intuit", "intuitive", "intuition", "intu", "tuit", "tui", "Turbo" or "Mint" (or phonetic equivalents) cannot be used in your company name, product/service name or in your direct business source identifiers such as stationery, business cards, company signs, domain names or company website titles. These identifiers indicate the name of your business and, thus, the source of its products or services. In order to avoid any possible confusion with regard to the source of Intuit's products/services, versus your or another party's products/services, use of Intuit's trademarks in these source identifiers is strictly prohibited.
Additionally, by participating in the Programme, you agree that your Referral invitations will not contain any content that could be deemed by Intuit, in its sole judgment, to be obscene, violent or otherwise in poor taste or unlawful, or for the purpose of encouraging unlawful activities, or otherwise misuse or bring into dispute or disrepute the QuickBooks Online trademark, any other Intuit owned marks or logos, or Intuit's products or services. Intuit reserves the right to object to unfair uses or misuses of its trademarks/logos and to hold you in breach of this Agreement for any such unfair uses or misuses in Intuit's sole discretion.
No person or company except Intuit may use the Intuit company name, trademark or company logo. Appropriate Symbols and Ownership Legends Must Be Used. When used in accordance with these Trademark Restrictions, Intuit's Intuit® and QuickBooks® trademarks should appear with the "®" symbol directly next to the mark as shown. The appropriate ownership "legend" must also be displayed at least once in any materials where the QuickBooks Online or Intuit name is mentioned. Such legend should generally read as follows: "Intuit and QuickBooks Online are registered trademarks and/or registered service marks of Intuit Inc. Used with permission.”
