What is the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Programme?
The QuickBooks ProAdvisor Programme enables accounting professionals to grow their practice, skills and QuickBooks expertise by providing benefits including training, customer care, strategic marketing tools, and accountant specific product discounts.
What changed in the Programme?
We’ve redesigned several components of the Programme, with the introduction of a new points-based structure, new benefits and an improved in-product experience.
How are my points calculated?
The new points system was designed to recognize the work you do and give you more flexibility in moving up the tiers and unlocking new benefits. Points are accumulated based on all members in the same QuickBooks Online Accountant practice through the completion of actions (see list below). To earn points, complete the following:
- Add a QuickBooks Online subscription for a client.
- Complete certification for QuickBooks Online.
- Complete advanced certification for QuickBooks Online.

How do I unlock more benefits?
The higher your tier, the more benefits you unlock. Continue taking actions to earn points to get to the next level! For full details about how to earn, see 'How To Earn Points' article.
1Standard Payroll is priced at £1 per paid employee/ month. Advanced Payroll is priced at £1 per paid employee/ month as an introductory offer. QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll introductory offer will end at 23:59 on 15th November 2019. Receive QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll for £1 per paid employee per month until the 5th April 2020, starting from the date of signup. Your account will automatically be charged on a monthly basis for all payruns processed in the previous month. Offer available to all customers with an active subscription QuickBooks Simple Start, Essentials or Plus who sign up to QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll before the offer end date on 15th November 2019. After the 5th April 2020, your account will be charged on a monthly basis at a rate of £8/ month subscription fee + £1 per paid employee per month until you cancel. Terms, conditions, features, pricing, service and support are subject to change without notice.
2QuickBooks Advanced Payroll allows you to automatically submit information to the following pension providers: NEST, The Peoples Pension, Smart Pensions, Aviva and NOW:Pensions
QuickBooks MTD software currently supports Standard, Cash and Flat Rate schemes. QuickBooks Bridging Software supports Standard and Cash schemes. Annual submissions are not currently supported but will be coming soon. Businesses whose home currency is not GBP are currently not supported.

** ProAdvisors benefiting from our onsite Partner Training, must (i) provide the venue for the training session; (ii) make available appropriate tools and resources required for the delivery of the service as reasonably requested by Intuit; and (iii) ensure a minimum of 8 attendees otherwise a fee may be incurred. Each of our onsite services will be provided once per firm in any 12 month period. All our training services are based on content and curriculum determined by Intuit and subject to availability and subject to change. Call your Account Manager for further training information.
