May 2022 Product Update

Payroll predictions added to Cash Flow Planner

QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks Cash Flow Planner lets you see how your business is doing in real-time, giving you the insights you need to manage cash flow and make smarter business decisions.

Planner analyses data from your connected bank accounts, invoices and expenses to provide up to a 24 month cash flow forecast—it can even predict late invoice payments from your regular customers.

With the most recent update, Planner now syncs data from your QuickBooks Payroll pay runs and incorporates them into the prediction engine. After three consecutive pay cycles with a regular weekly / fortnightly / monthly cadence, upcoming payroll expenses will feature your cash flow forecast, giving you a clearer view of how your business is tracking.

Learn more about Cash Flow Planner or check it out in QuickBooks.
