The Accounting AI uses business data you provide to make tailored recommendations. To get started, connect your business bank accounts and credit cards so data moves automatically into QuickBooks. 

To help the AI continue learning your business, categorize a few transactions to your books or let your accountant or bookkeeper categorize them for you. This helps the AI learn your business and make even more accurate and tailored recommendations over time. 

If you’re on an Essentials or higher plan, your AI will help communicate and collaborate with your accountant as the accountant does your books. If you’re on a Plus or higher plan, the AI will flag possible anomalies in your balance sheet and profit and loss.
