When I click on the link to accept an invitation to join a new company in QB, it goes through the login process, I enter my password and the OTP code via SMS, but I get the following error message:
"There’s an issue on our end. We’re on it.
There was an error during the invitation process. Please try again."
I have been trying for 24 hours and nothing changes? How can I resolve this?
Hello Rjwbailey, thanks for joining the Community page, can you try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and try again if that doesn’t resolve it get them to delete the invite fully and resend it to you and try again.
Made no difference I'm afraid. I also tried a different browser, which gave the same result.
Thanks for the update, @rjwbailey.

This might be the most braindead forum I've ever read. I have the same issue and simply want to view my paystubs for my new job. It is outstanding to me that somebody who gets paid could ever put the error message
"there’s an issue on our end. we’re on it. there was an error during the invitation process. please try again."
What a joke of a company.

You start this with “sign into your quickbooks online company,” the thing I literally can’t do. Great advice! Thank you! Super helpful!
