Let me guide you where to add the country code, GATHH.

 

You'll have to manage your account to add the country code. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your Intuit account.
  2. Go to Sign in & security.
  3. Click Phone, then click Change beside the number.
  4. Click the Flag icon then select your country. QuickBooks will automatically select the country code.
  5. Enter the phone number and password.
  6. Click Save.

Once done, log in to your QuickBooks account. You'll then receive the SMS code for the verification of your account.

I followed your instructions and selected Thailand as the country. It then said "Country code not supported for sending text messages"

This means that you have to use a phone number that is under the jurisdiction of the same state or country. Otherwise, you'll encounter the same error message. 

 

If that doesn't work, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can review your account and will provide the further steps to get everything working again.

  1. Click Help in the upper-right corner and select Contact Us.
  2. Enter the details of your concern and click Let's talk.
  3. Select how you want to reach them.
  4. Enter the necessary information to complete your request.

Or 

  1. Click Help in the upper-right corner and type Talk to a human.
  2. Type I still need a human and another options will appear.
  3. Type those phrases repeatedly until you get this response:
    OK. Here’s a shortcut to connect with my humans.
  4. Click the Contact us link and select how you want to reach them.
  5. Enter the necessary details to complete your request.

Which QBO country version do you have? US version or Global version for Thailand ?

Support won't contact you. You are the one who have to ask the callback, chat, or send a message from your Help menu.

You are using QBO UK version

You need to have a UK-based mobile numbers. If your company is located in Thailand, consider migrating to QBO Global version for Thailand instead. You will be able to use your local mobile numbers.

1. Utilize a 3rd party migration tool
