Hi Julie1987. thanks for posting on this thread so what exactly happens when you try and connect your metro bank account in Quickbooks? Do you get any error messages and codes show up at all? Is this a new connection or a reconnection? Are you trying to do the connection on the web browser version or the app version of Quickbooks?
Good day,
This error keeps on popping out whenever i connect my bank account. Can you help me resolved this issue?
Thanks for joining this thread, @onichome. I’m here to help resolve this so you can connect your bank account without errors.

Once logged in, try to connect your bank account. If you can do it successfully, I’d recommend removing that historical data (browser’s cache), so you can access QBO with a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
In case you'll encounter errors that prevent you from downloading your transactions. Check out these solutions to fix them.
Moreover, here's the guide to help the program handle your transactions: Set up bank rules to categorise online banking transactions in QBO. It speeds up your review process.
Please don’t hesitate to add a comment if you need further assistance managing your bank feeds. We’ll be here. Take care always!
