Hi @Mo19,
Allow me to join this conversation and share some suggestions you can do to fix this issue.
You can download and run the QBRefresher Tool, which helps end QuickBooks processes in the background that are stuck. After the tool has worked its magic, re-open your QuickBooks.
You can also suppress your QuickBooks Desktop to ensure the app itself is working fine, and we can isolate the cause of this issue. Let me show you how:
You can restart your computer as well, and then try to run the QuickBooks Desktop app after that.
In situations such as this, you can refer to the steps given in this article: QuickBooks Desktop doesn't start or won't open.

I would like to import QBO files from a bank that is not listed in the bank feeds (Drummond Community Bank). When I use "File", "Utilities", "Import", "Web Connect Files" I see a list of .qbo files. When I select one to import, I'm given a screen for my previously entered Bank of America Credit Card account.
I have two options: "Use an existing QuickBooks account" or "Create a new QuickBooks account".
If I choose the existing account, all of the accounts that are listed are Credit Card accounts. If I choose "create a new...account", it only gives me the option of creating a new credit card account.
I have had this BANK account for a long time. How do I tell "Bank Feeds" to import a BANK account?
I'm truly perplexed. Nothing seems to give me an option to manually import bank feeds for this account.
How do I manually import QBO files for bank accounts for which I do not have the passwords, but the client gives me the .pdf statements? I use PDF2QBO to create the QBO files.
