I am trying to link a joint Barclays account to my quickbooks online
it comes up with message saying it will contact other user ie wife on account
who contacts and how? Been trying to sort for weeks and the other person never uses online banking so have no idea how they are trying to contact
is there a work around?

Is it on Quickbooks side or the bank's side when you try and do the connection?

Hi Guys,
Im having same problem, gong round in ever decreasing circles, QB wont connect to joint account in anyway.Partner received email asking permission, gave consent on barclays app.Nothing is actioned any further by either platform????
