Hi sak999,
I hope your employee will realise the effect of leaving your company without letting you know.
The P45 form will appear when you mark your employee as a leaver before his last payrun. In your case, the employee was marked as a leaver after the last payrun. But of course, it's not your fault because who would have thought he would leave after payroll. What you can do is recreate the last payrun, so the P45 form will appear in the Documents section.
I have articles with steps to roll back a payrun in Paysuite and QBO Standard Payroll. I don't know which one you use, so I have listed the articles for both. Just select the two that applies to you.
Let me know if you have other questions about creating a P45 form.
