Since I have had my QBO account for more than 90 days, I understand that I need to cancel my account and set up a new account. I only have the one business. Will I be able to use the same business name for my new account, and if not, what is a good alternative? Thank you.

I just want to be extra extra sure that I can indeed use the same company name for my new account. When I was researching it earlier, some of the results said that I could NOT use the same exact company name. (This is an account I've had for several months, so maybe that makes a difference?)
Thank you!
Thank you for taking the time to research more about using the same name for your new company, Debra.
Rest assured, as you can indeed use the same company name from the account you've canceled for your new account in QuickBooks Online.

Hi,
I have two subscriptions and I'm using the "switch company" function. I have cancelled one subscription which I bought by mistake and used in the beginning. Both subscriptions are less than 90 days old. I only want to delete one of the subscription but keep all data under the other subscription. How can I make sure that this link is not deleting data under both subscriptions?
Thanks

Hi
The deletion link did not work. In the next screen I types "YES" as advised and selected Ok but all my data is still there. My account is less than 90 days old so this can't be the reason neither. Does anyone else know how to delete all Payroll data under a closed account?
