Hi There,
I Send out around 100 invoices every 2 months which is very time consuming for a small business. Is there anyway to import this information already (which is already in Excel) to create the invoices.
Asking as this is only going to grow as a requirement for me and if this is not supported I will need to start thinking about alternative solutions.
Thanks in advance.
Kind Regards.

Hello David,
Unfortunately it is not possible to import invoices from Excel into the Self-Employed product, this feature is currently only available within our QuickBooks Online Small Business packages (SimpleStart, Essentials and Plus) however these do not have the same features of the QBSE product.
Thanks

Consider to use QBO for your business. QBSE is a stand-alone product and no migration path yet.
Just my 2 cents.
Thank you, but I need the self employed version of QB for the Tax calculations.
Hello again, @David Press.
QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) features simple invoicing, which helps create professional-style invoices for use in billing your clients.
As mentioned by GeorgiaC, able to import invoices in QBSE is not an option. For the meantime, you'll need to enter each invoice manually. We're always looking for ways to improve QBSE, so we appreciate you sharing your ideas. Rest assured, I'll share your comments with our Product Development Team so they may consider this for future upgrades.

I'll submit a suggestion about importing invoices to QuickBooks Self-Employed, David. That way, our engineers will know that you also want to have this option, and they can consider adding it in future updates.
In the meantime, your option is to create those invoices in the platform.

Look up Transaction Pro Importer. It may or may not be worth it for you.
It is good value for us because we do more than twice that amount of invoices per day.
