For months now I've only had to login by using my email and password. Since this 'new look' page has arrived I'm having increasing difficulties with extra steps, code via email, code via phone, to a point where I'm not receiving any codes?
This is both in Safari and Firefox. Is this a know issue as I'm now 'locked' out of my accounts and can't get any work done for crying out loud!!!!!
Me too, takes ages for the code to arrive then by the time it does it has expired.
...then when you click "Contact Support" all it offers is to change your email or phone number details (neither of which need changing).
Not just me then, good to know. Cleared the cache which made no difference. Taken me ages just to login to these forums with no success. Managed to find that my phone was still logged in
This is the big problem with online apps like this. Oh how it was so much easier with Desktop version!
I've now tried three macs, two ipads an my windows machines using Firefox, safari and chrome. Definitely a server issue which my accountant has just confirmed too.
It appears they are acknowledging the issue on X. Why don’t they make an announcement via their emailing system for crying out loud. Wasting peoples time.
Looks like they may have sorted their issue out. Managed to login to both my accounts at last.
Ignore that. Seems to be not working again…
