Hello starwillow, thanks for coming back to us with all that information, so QuickBooks has been updated and this is now the new way QuickBooks works so it is a case of having to click a few times before the invoice opens up fully. We will pass this on as feedback back to the team though.

Hello Starwillow, thanks for posting on the Community page, In order for us to help you, please can you provide us with more information. Are you meaning sent invoices to emails can't open or are you meaning when your opening the invoice you create in QuickBooks?

Yes, customer invoice created in QB. Previously I could open an invoice line and it would show the whole invoice details, since an update last week, or something, now, if I click on an invoice, it takes you to a side bar, and I have to click on that side bar and select view... This is too fiddly. What has happened please?
