How do I book my free session?

When you sign up for your QuickBooks Online or Self-Employed plan or trial, you’ll receive a welcome email from us which includes a link for you to book your free onboarding session using our calendar tool. You’ll also see booking links in your QuickBooks product.

What will my onboarding session cover?

Our expert will walk you through the key features of QuickBooks, but they’re unable to offer business or financial advice. The QuickBooks features demonstrated can be tailored depending on your needs.

The session can cover:

• invoicing

• expenses

• setting up bank feeds

• setting up payroll

• setting up Making Tax Digital in QuickBooks, and how to prepare for your first VAT submission

Which time slots are available?

Free onboarding sessions are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm, subject to availability.

How many sessions can I book?

We offer 1 session per customer and reserve the right to remove this offer at any time.
