“Promotion”: Up to £200.00 (two hundred pounds) of PayPal transaction fees reimbursed for the first 90 (ninety) days after an Eligible Participant (as defined below) integrates PayPal for the first time on the Intuit QuickBooks platform (the “QuickBooks Platform”) during the Sign-up Period.
How to Qualify: To enter the Promotion and be eligible for the Fee Reimbursement, Eligible Participants must do the following during the Sign-up Period (as defined below): (i) integrate PayPal on the QuickBooks Platform; and (ii) receive their first transaction using PayPal on the QuickBooks Platform during the Sign-up Period (points i and ii collectively the “PayPal Integration”). Only payments on Eligible Transactions (defined below) made through PayPal Checkout via the QuickBooks Platform during the Reimbursement Period (defined below) shall be eligible to qualify for Fee Reimbursement. This offer is open to new PayPal customers only.
“Eligible Participant”: an Eligible Participant means new PayPal customers who complete the PayPal Integration (as defined above) on the QuickBooks Platform during the Sign-up Period and are based in the United Kingdom.
“Eligible Transaction(s)”:Payments made using PayPal Checkout to the Eligible Participant, and settled via PayPal, on the QuickBooks Platform, during the Reimbursment Period. The payee must be based in the United Kingdom. PayPal transaction fees on Eligible Transactions that have been refunded, reversed or charged back are not eligible for reimbursement.
“Sign up Period”: Starts at 12:01:00 a.m. British Summer Time (“BST”) on 17 June 2024 and ends at 11:59:00p.m. BST on 31 December 2024.
“Reimbursement Period”: Starts on the day the first payment is made to the Eligible Participant, by a payee, using PayPal on the QuickBooks Platform, during the Sign-up Period, and ends 90 (ninety days) after this date.
“Cap” each Eligible Participant shall be entitled to a maximum fee reimbursement of up to GBP £200.00 (two hundred pounds).
“Fee Reimbursement”: PayPal shall reimburse the Eligible Participant for PayPal transaction fees applied on Eligible Transactions, up to the Cap. PayPal wallet transactions fees incurred up to the Cap shall be eligible for reimbursement upon expiry of the Reimbursment Period. Reimbursements will not be awarded on PayPal transactions made and/or settled after: i) the Eligible Participant reaches the Cap; or ii) the Reimbursement ends. Reimbursement is a one-time payment made directly into the Eligible Participant’s PayPal Account after the Reimbursement Period; The Reimbursement will be credited to the Eligible Participant’s PayPal account within 30 (thirty) business days from the end of the expiration of the Reimbursement Period. At the point of reimbursement Eligible Participant must not be in breach of: (a) these Terms and Conditions; or (b) PayPal’s User Agreement; and their PayPal account must be in good standing. PayPal reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this Promotion, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay completion of the Fee Reimbursement. Promotion is void where prohibited or if Eligible Participant’s account or transaction(s) are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, or irregular in any way. PayPal reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the Promotion at any time as it may determine in its sole discretion.
Governing law: The Promotion is governed by English law. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our User Agreement. Questions relating to the Promotion will be resolved in PayPal’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the Promotion will be final and binding.
