These QuickBooks Switcher Promotion Offer Terms and Conditions (“Offer Terms”) provide information on the QuickBooks Subscriber Reward Offer (“Offer”).

1. Eligibility. This Offer is available to new customers who meet all the following eligibility criteria, they (i) purchase a subscription to QuickBooks during the promotional period, (ii) continue to regularly pay for the subscription for a minimum of 90 days (“Qualified Purchase”), (iii) move their account to QuickBook from one of the providers and products listed below in clause 3 e. and (iv) use one of our data migration suppliers to move data over from an old accounting software provider. Promotional period starts 28 May 2024 and ends on 12 July 2024 (“Promotional period”). Only one new subscription per new customer will be considered a ‘Qualified Purchase’. QuickBooks Online Accountant customers are not eligible to take advantage of this Offer. Intuit reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether the customer fulfills the criteria to be eligible for this Offer.

3. New Customers will receive a 100 GBP Amazon gift card if they make a qualifying purchase.
4. The following plans are deemed as ‘Qualifying Purchase’
5. Simple Starts, Essentials, Plus and Advanced 
6. New Customers who subscribe to QuickBooks, will be entitled to receive an Amazon gift card if they
7. select the “Buy Now” option and pay for the subscription for at least 90 days starting from the date of enrolment 
8. move your data over from your old accounting software using one of the following data migration suppliers
9. MoveMyBooks
10. DataSwitcher
11. MMC
12. The QuickBooks features and subscription price for QuickBooks Online Simple Start, Essentials, Plus & Advanced and QuickBooks Self Employed are as described on the QuickBooks website. List price subject to change at any time at Intuit’s sole discretion. All prices are quoted without VAT. No limit on the number of subscriptions ordered.
13. It may take up to 120 days to process your reward. The reward will be sent via email at the master administrator emails address registered on the QuickBooks account
14. Gift cards are subject to additional terms, conditions and limitations set forth by Amazon available here
15. Any purchases made outside of the Promotional period will not receive the reward.
16. Taxes: “VAT” means value added tax and any other tax of a similar or equivalent nature imposed in other countries instead of or in addition to the value added tax and any similar or turnover tax replacing or introduced in addition to any of the same.
17. Unless otherwise expressly stated in the Offer Terms, any consideration, amount payable, prices and/or fees payable from Intuit to the New Customer are inclusive of VAT, if applicable. The total value of the supplies by each party are of equal value.
18. Additional Terms and Conditions.
19. QuickBooks reserves the right to (i) modify these terms, or to change, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time and for any reason temporarily or permanently with or without notice and (ii) delay, cancel, revoke, or prevent issuance of any rewards in any suspected case of fraudulent use or misuse of Intuit's services or this Offer. Rewards are subject to verification at Intuit's sole discretion.
20. Terms, conditions, pricing, features, service and support options are subject to change without notice. 
21. This Offer can not be used in conjunction with any other reward Offer or Programme that QuickBooks UK may have live during the Promotional Period.

51. Cancellation. To cancel a QB subscription at any time, please open your web browser and connect to your QuickBooks account. Select the cog and then ‘Account and Settings’. Next, go to ‘Billings and Subscription’ and select ‘Cancel’. Fill out the short survey and confirm ‘Cancel’. The cancellation will become effective at the end of the monthly billing period. No pro-rated refunds; access and subscription benefits will continue for the remainder of the billing period.
52. General terms - Governing Law. No person or company except Intuit may use the Intuit company name, trademark or company logo or any other Intuit intellectual property without Intuit express written consent. These Offer Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
53. Migration providers disclaimer. You acknowledge that (i) It is your decision to choose the migration service provider that best fits your needs and it is your responsibility to ensure the service meets your requirements; and that (ii) Movemybooks and MMC are third party providers who have no connection with Intuit and are not endorsed by Intuit. Conversion will be subject to their respective terms that you will be required to accept in order to obtain the services. Intuit does not warrant or guarantee the quality of the Service or other work provided or performed by Movemybooks or MMC and you agree that Intuit will not be liable for any damages, claims or liabilities arising from the services provided by Movemybooks and MMC.
