Jocelyn Salcedo is a certified accounting professional based in Manila, Philippines, with over three decades of experience in management, accounting, and internal audit. As the founder of IDO Consultancy and Business Support, a small firm with 20 accountants, she helps serve around 80 clients—primarily small enterprises and startups.

Jocelyn was familiar with QuickBooks from having used the desktop version for almost ten years before she went abroad. Upon returning to the Philippines, she decided to "go back to QuickBooks Online" after using other software like Zoho.

Before switching to QuickBooks Online, Jocelyn's firm used a variety of methods for clients, with about half using existing accounting software and the other half using Excel. She saw the need to provide her small business and startup clients with an affordable and automated system to replace manual processes and spreadsheets. Future-proofing the practice
