Hello,
I recently completed the ProAdvisor certification - both Desktop and Online. For Online, I can see and download the certificate and badge from QBOA under ProAdvisor. For Desktop, I was able to download the certificate upon completing the exam but there was no badge. There is also no desktop certification tab/training link on my QBOA.
My question: How do I access the Desktop ProAdvisor badge?

I have previously followed the steps you gave to access the badge for "Online ProAdvisor".
My question was for "Desktop ProAdvisor" badge. There is no exam card for that and I took the certification via a link provided by intuit training.
