To help the agent continue learning your business, categorise a few transactions to your books or let your accountant or bookkeeper categorise them for you. This helps the agent learn your business and make even more accurate and tailored recommendations over time. 

If you’re on an Essentials or higher plan, your agent will help communicate and collaborate with your accountant as the accountant does your books. If you’re on a Plus or higher plan, the agent will flag possible anomalies in your balance sheet and profit and loss.
