Promotional T&Cs for up to $200 AUD reimbursement on PayPal transaction fees

Promotion may be modified or terminated in any time in PayPal’s sole discretion

“Promotion”: Up to $200 AUD of PayPal transaction fees reimbursed (Fee Reimbursement) for the first 90 (ninety) days after an Eligible Participant (as defined below) integrates PayPal for the first time, or has not used PayPal to receive transactions in the last 12 months on the partner platform/product (the “Partner Platform”) during the Offer Period. 

How to Qualify: To enter the Promotion and be eligible for the Fee Reimbursement, Eligible Participants must do the following during the Offer Period (as defined below): (i) integrate PayPal on the Partner Platform; and (ii) receive their first transaction using PayPal on the Partner Platform during the Offer Period (points I and ii collectively the “PayPal Integration”). Only payments on Eligible Transactions made through PayPal Checkout via the Partner Platform during the Reimbursement Period (defined below) shall be eligible to qualify for Fee Reimbursement. This Promotion is open to new PayPal customers, and existing PayPal customers who have not used PayPal to receive transactions in the last 12 months from the start of the Offer Period.

 “Eligible Participant”: Open only to participants who complete the PayPal Integration (as defined herein) on the Partner Platform during the Offer Period and (1) are holders of Australian PayPal account in good standing (“Valid Account”); (2) are eighteen (18) years of age or older and (3) are Partner Platform customers based in Australia. Eligible Participant must comply with these terms and conditions, and complete the qualifying actions outlined in the “How to Qualify” section above in order to claim the reimbursement. The Promotion only applies during the Reimbursement Period and does not apply to any other products or services. There is a limit of one (1) Fee Reimbursement per Eligible Participant.    

“Eligible Transaction(s)”: Payments made using PayPal Checkout by the Eligible Participant, and settled via PayPal, on the Partner Platform, during the Reimbursement Period. PayPal transaction fees on Eligible Transactions that have been refunded, reversed or charged back are not eligible for reimbursement or this Promotion.

“Offer Period”: Starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Australian Eastern Daylight Time (“AEDT”) on April 28,2025 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. AEDT on June 30, 2025 (“Offer Period”).  

“Reimbursement Period”: Starts on the day the first payment is made to the Eligible Participant, by a payee, using PayPal on the Partner Platform, during the Offer Period, and ends 90 (ninety days) after this date or when a total of $200 AUD (Offer Limit) has been redeemed by the Eligible Participants in accordance with these terms and conditions. If the Eligible Transaction does not complete or is not recorded by PayPal’s system within the Offer Period, for any reason, that Eligible Transaction will not qualify for reimbursement. 

Miscellaneous: Redemptions of the Promotion are final, will not be returned, and are subject to PayPal review and verification. The Promotion cannot be shared or transferred. Participation is subject to the PayPal User Agreement. Valid Account must remain in good standing from the time of participation through to reimbursement fulfilment. PayPal may provide an alternate reimbursement of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfil the reimbursement. PayPal reserves their rights to cancel, suspend or modify this Promotion in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in their sole discretion. Similar promotions may run at the same time; qualification for this Promotion does not constitute qualification for any other offer. PayPal is not responsible and/or liable for any lost, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, or misdirected e-mail, reimbursement, or Promotion-related materials or correspondence or if any participant’s e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without participant giving prior written notice to PayPal. Promotion is void where prohibited by law, or if qualifying actions, described herein, are not completed through legitimate channels, or if any Promotion-related materials are fraudulent defective, tampered with or irregular in any way. Any questions relating to the Promotion will be resolved in PayPal’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the Promotion will be final and binding.
