Yeah I purchased through the Google play store then took me to subscription where I saw the offer

We have a referral program wherein an existing QuickBooks user can send a link to a potential client. When he or she signs un using that link, both of the referrer and referee will get an Amazon voucher after two months.

On the other hand, I haven’t received an update about having the said program available on Google Play. Google Play may be having a promotion, so I suggest contacting them about what you saw.

Hi all, we're currently aware of a technical issue which is impacting any vouchers still to be sent from the incentive that took place between 27 March 2023 to 11 April 2023. If you subscribed during this period, please be assured that we're currently working on resolving the issue and any vouchers due will be re-issued as soon as it has been resolved. We're sorry for the delay in the meantime.
I've also subscribed since April and haven't received my voucher. I purchased my QuickBooks subscription from the official website through a referral link, after signing up I received an email saying I am eligible for the reward of a £50 Amazon voucher.
In the email it states "We aim to deliver the Amazon voucher after 120 days from the start of your subscription but please note that it may take up until 11 August 2023 to process your reward.". Well it's now 11 August and I still haven't received anything.

@ mesler585 I'm in the same boat as you. I doubt there is a 'technical problem', but just the classic trick to bait many people like us to subscribe for a few months. I've contacted support a few times and it's always the same old story. Dodgy company with dodgy promotional practices.
contacted quickbooks, referred a friend who started 6th of december, and still nothing received.
I'm afraid the 'technical problems' smells of bull**** to me.
Hello James, thanks for posting on this thread, we are having system issues currently in regards to the refer friend voucher, we are working on getting it resolved so there is a delay on customers receiving their voucher. Soon as it has been resolved customers will receive the vouchers, we dont have a time frame on this but it is being worked on.
Don’t listen to them, I’ve been waiting for almost a year and they still haven’t resolved it. Typical bait and switch
Yeah, strikes me that it's just a good way of not paying out - get new customers on board, by promising an incentive which never existed in the first place as they had no intention of honouring it. As far as I am aware, that's likely to land them in hot water, as it's false advertising. It seems this problem has been going on for quite some time, as I've seen the same complaints on numerous forums. Has anybody actually received these gift cards?
