Intuit's Terms for Quickbooks Online for Paypal
Promotional T&Cs for up to $100 AUD reimbursement on PayPal transaction fees
By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this promotion as specified above.
“Promotion”: Subject to the terms and conditions of this promotion, up to $100 AUD of PayPal transaction fees will be reimbursed per Eligible Participant (as defined below) when an Eligible Participant activates or selects pay-enabled invoices on the Intuit Quickbooks platform, during the Promotional Period.
How to Qualify: Eligible Participants must: (i) activate to-pay-enabled invoices in QuickBooks; and (ii) issue pay-enabled invoices via QuickBooks to be eligible for Fees Reimbursement (as defined below). Only payments on Eligible Transactions (as defined below) made through PayPal Checkout or Accept card payments with PayPal during the Fee Waiver Reimbursement Promotion Period shall be eligible to qualify for Fee Reimbursement. To receive Reimbursement, Eligible Participants must not be in breach of PayPal’s User Agreement and their PayPal account must be in good standing.
“Eligible Participant”: Means new Intuit QuickBooks customers or existing Intuit QuickBooks customers who are not yet using Accept card payments with PayPal on the Intuit QuickBooks platform and who activate to pay enabled invoices on the Intuit QuickBooks platform on or before the expiration of the Fee Waiver Reimbursement Promotion Period and are based in the Australia.
“Eligible Transaction(s)”: Means invoice settlement payments made using PayPal Checkout or card payments with PayPal for invoices issued via QuickBooks by an Eligible Participant, and settled via QuickBooks during the Fee Reimbursement Promotion Period which incur PayPal transaction fees. The invoice payee must be based in Australia. PayPal transaction fees on Eligible Transactions that have been refunded, reversed or charged back are not eligible for reimbursement.
“Fee Waiver Reimbursement Promotion Period”: Means the period commencing at 12:01:00 a.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on 12 May 2022 and ending at 11:59:00p.m. on 30 June 2022 AEST OR when a maximum total Promotion of $25,000.00 AUD (“Promotion Limit”) has been redeemed by Eligible Participants in accordance with these terms and conditions, whichever is earlier.
“Cap”: Means each Eligible Participant shall be entitled to a maximum fee reimbursement total of AUS $100.
Fees Reimbursement: PayPal shall reimburse each Eligible Participant for the Eligible Participant’s PayPal transaction fees applied on Eligible Transactions up to the Cap. Credit, debit card, and PayPal wallet transactions fees incurred up to the Cap shall be eligible for reimbursement upon the expiration of the Fee Waiver Promotion Period. Reimbursements shall not be paid on invoices issued and/or settled after: i) the Eligible Participant reaches the Cap; or ii) the Fees Waiver Reimbursement Period expires; or iii) the Fee Waiver Reimbursement Promotion reaches the Promotion Limit, whichever is sooner. Reimbursement shall be made via a one-time payment deposited into the Eligible Participant’s PayPal Account within 21 days after the Fee Waiver Reimbursement Promotion Period ends.At the time Reimbursement is to be made, Eligible Participant must not be in breach of PayPal’s User Agreement and his or her PayPal account must be in good standing to receive a Reimbursement.
Quickbooks Intuit reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the Promotion at any time as it may determine in its sole discretion.
This promotion is governed by Australian law.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS PROMOTER AND ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, FOR LOSS, HARM, DAMAGE, INJURY, COST OR EXPENSE WHATSOEVER WHICH MAY OCCUR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION. THE FOREGOING LIABILITIES ARE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
