You can contact our Customer Support Team within QuickBooks Desktop. Simply go to the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help. On the pop-up, click on Contact us.
We can perform some troubleshooting steps if you prefer the browser. First, open an incognito window and enter this link in the address bar: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
Also, you can clear the junk files on your browser called cache. This is also the reason why we're experiencing errors. Follow the steps in this article: Clear cache. In addition, make sure that the browser is updated. Older versions can also result in unusual behavior.

I have tried it in 3 different browsers, 2 different PCs incognito and non incognito as well as deleted cache. I am the IT support for my company and I don't have quickbooks in my own workstation. All I want to know is the pricing to upgrade from 2018 to 2020. Is there any way I can reach you guys by email?
