Terms & Conditions for QuickBooks Advanced Advisory Bundle Offer

FOR QUICKBOOKS ADVANCED ADVISORY BUNDLE SUBSCRIPTIONS FROM MAY 26 TO JULY 31, 2026.

Pricing: Eligible accounting firms who purchase QuickBooks Advanced Advisory Bundle (“Bundle”) subscriptions between May 26, 2026, and July 31, 2026, (“Promotional Period”) can receive the following monthly price for twelve months.

• One (1) QuickBooks Online Advanced subscription for a total of $82.50 per month for 12 months 

AND

• One (1) QuickBooks Workforce Elite subscription for a total of $40.20 per month for 12 months

QuickBooks Online Accountant “QBOA” or Intuit Accountant Suite “IAS” Customer will be billed each month at $122.70 per Bundle subscription, which is comprised of $82.50 per QBO Advanced subscription and $40.20 per QuickBooks Workforce Elite subscription for the first 12 consecutive months, starting on the date of enrollment, followed by the then-current standard ProAdvisor Pricing (PAPP) pricing.

Eligibility: This offer is only eligible to QBOA/IAS customers who register or have registered for QuickBooks Online Accountant or Intuit Accountant Suite and use the Wholesale Discount option (firm is billed) for the Bundle subscription fees.

QuickBooks Online Advanced or Workforce Elite list prices may be subject to change at any time at Intuit’s sole discretion. All Advanced and Workforce Elite monthly prices are quoted without sales tax. If you add or remove any attached services, your service fees will be adjusted accordingly. Other attached services aside from Workforce, will be at standard PAPP pricing. 

Offer Terms: Promotional pricing is valid for the first 12 months of the Bundle subscription, starting from the date of enrollment, followed by the then-current Wholesale Billing price at standard PAPP pricing. The discount is valid only for the QBOA/IAS customer that registered the qualifying bundle subscription and cannot be transferred to another client, individual or company. Offer requires active subscriptions for the entire duration of the 12-month period and is only available for the Bundle comprised of QuickBooks Online Advanced and QuickBooks Workforce Elite. Offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Billing: The QBOA/IAS customer's account will automatically be charged on a monthly basis. The first bill date will be on the date of enrollment unless the QBOA/IAS customer already has other QuickBooks subscriptions through Wholesale Billing, in which case the charge will be deferred to the next existing bill date at a prorated rate for all active subscriptions, including those added at the discount price for 12 months. Following the 12-month period, your account for each subscription will automatically be charged on a monthly basis at the then-current Wholesale Billing list price until the billing for subscription is transferred to the QuickBooks Online Advanced and QuickBooks Workforce Elite client or the subscription is terminated. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card or bank account tied to your account. Removal of the billing for QuickBooks Online Advanced or QuickBooks Workforce Elite subscription will become effective at the end of the monthly billing period. QBOA/IAS Customers will not receive a pro-rated refund. Cancellation or termination of the QBOA/IAS Customers from QuickBooks Online Advanced or QuickBooks Workforce Elite will not terminate the QBOA/IAS Customer’s user rights.
