According to the latest Australian Online Advertising Expenditure Report, the digital advertising sector experienced 17.1 per cent year-on-year growth to $1.067 billion for the March quarter.
So, which businesses and industries are using online advertising?
Motor vehicle advertisers top the list, comprising 20.7 per cent of general display advertising. Finance-related businesses (10.7 per cent), real estate businesses (10.4 per cent), retailers (9.3 per cent) and entertainment and leisure businesses (7.1 per cent) complete the top five.
