Q: Does QuickBooks Time provide the time clock?

QuickBooks Time provides a software that can be used for time tracking on your devices such as computers, iPad or Android tablets. In summary, we do not provide the device but the software that it would use for the purposes of running as a time clock.

Q: If I use the time clock on a computer, what browser do I need?

Time Clock Kiosk works on recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, including the mobile versions of these browsers on iOS and Android tablets. If you want to enable photo capture, you’ll need one of the following browsers:Chrome 45+Firefox 33+Microsoft Edge

Q: What kind of tablet do I need for the time clock?

While our online punch clock works with most devices, it will work best on 1024 x 768-pixel screens in landscape mode.When choosing a device, consider whether it will have access to WiFi.
