I entered my employees on my desktop and am now working on my MacBook and the employees aren't showing up on the employees list, still show up when I log in on my desktop

Let's perform some steps to let your employees show in your QuickBooks Online for Mac, killarneyscochra.

 

You clear the cache of your QuickBooks app to refresh your account and start a clean slate. To do this, just click Help and choose Reset App Data.
