QuickBooks Payments is designed to process your funds as quickly as possible. However, occasional delays may occur for various reasons. If funds are on hold, our Payments team will notify you via email with instructions and a link to access the Resolution Centre for assistance.
The Resolution Centre is a secure tool designed to help you resolve issues with funds on hold. Please follow the steps below to access it:
- In the email, navigate to the part that reads Please click here to upload your documents to Intuit’s Secure Portal and click where it reads click here.
- You are brought to a sign-in page. Use your QuickBooks login credentials to log in.
The Resolution Centre displays detailed information about your case once you log in. In the top-left corner, you'll find a Chat with an Expert option that opens a chat window if you need further assistance with your case.

You can also quickly check your funds status using QuickBooks Digital Assistant within QuickBooks Online. To access this information, you can use prompts such as "Check payment status" or "Where is my money?", and the assistant will instantly retrieve details about payment statuses or transactions.
