Can I accept an invite from another subscription without compromising my subscription? Or do I have to respond using a different identity(email)?

Hi userdingwellsbr.

 

Welcome to the QuickBooks community, It's great that you're here! This is the place where all our members get together and share ideas and information to help one another out. I'd be happy to help go over accepting invites to other QuickBooks Online accounts and how they affect your QuickBooks subscription.

 

QuickBooks Online makes switching between companies easy so you can freely move and update your accounts at anytime. When accepting an invite from another person it allows you to use your log in information to access their QuickBooks Online account. This will in no way compromise your account or change it in any way. In order to switch between companies all you'll need to do is follow these steps: Gear>Switch Companies>Select the company you wish to access. 

 

When you access the other QuickBooks Account you'll have access to whatever the account owner has set you up to view or change. In order to know more about user types and restrictions you can go over this article for more information.

Good day, @userdingwellsbr .

 

You can create and accept multiple accounts using the same email address. Everytime someone sends an invitation and you accept it, you'll be asked to enter your details to set up your access.

 

It'd be best if you can use the same password so that all accounts associated with that login credentials will be listed when you log in. Then, all you have to do is to select which account you'll want to work with.

 

You can follow these two steps if you're logged in and want to switch to a different account associated to the same login credentials:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Click Switch Company.

If you're using QuickBooks Online for Accountants, all your clients will show on the Clients tab once you accepted the invitation. You can also check these links about adding and accepting user invites:
