Client invite emails not being received. All Inuit server addresses have been whitelisted, but the server log files show no attempted SMTP connections from any inuit?

We receive other Inuit email, but not client invites. Our email address is correct on Company info. Does anyone know how QBO sends these invites?

I encourage you to reach out to our customer support team to take a closer look at your account regarding client invite emails. Here are the options available to contact our team. 

 

  • Phone: Call us at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.
  • Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start.
