Signing into you QuickBooks Online Accountant subscription is the first step in getting your work done. It sounds like you may be new to QBOA, and I'd like to welcome you to the QuickBooks family! I'd be happy to explain how you can sign into your account.
If you're using a browser, navigate to qbo.ca, then click Sign In in the upper right-hand corner of the page. You'll select QuickBooks Online from the product list. Make sure not to select QuickBooks Self-Employed, as this is another product entirely with it's own login portal.
Once you've selected the product, enter your username and password. If you forget your credentials, don't worry. Simply click "I forgot my user ID or password" at the bottom of the screen.
If you're still having issues logging into your account, you may need to clean up your browser to prevent loading or latency issues.
Try clearing the cache and cookies to give your browser a reset. Stored Internet files build up over time as you browse, and they can cause bugs and other issues with sites like QuickBooks Online. If the issue continues to persist, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs separately from the rest of your browser, and it doesn't store cache and cookies the same way a regular browser would. Here's how to use it: Browse in private.
