I have a single Quickbooks desktop Pro license and wish to give access to my staff for only creating invoices & not being able to check on the item attributes like cost price etc. How do i go about it ?

You can create a new profile with a different password for your staff with a limited access role. But your staff will also use the same computers as you to run QB.

QuickBooks Desktop is a great tool able to assist in keeping track of your sales and expenses so you know the profitability of your company. I can point you in the right direction for further assistance with these employees' access.

 

If you would need to have your users use different computers for this access, then I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Desktop support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view your account with you in the system to see the best ways of giving your team access. You can reach them using the methods outlined in the QuickBooks Desktop software support policies.
