I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed your version of QuickBooks since 2012 and that you continue to use it till this day! I would like to go over all the options available to you for this.
Due to QuickBooks 2012 no longer being supported we do not have the download link to install it on a computer as well as we can not guarantee it would work on a new operating system. I'd suggest upgrading to the newer version as that way we can get you working in your books again and be able to support you with getting it set up. You can get a copy by calling into our support team and purchase over the phone. Their business hours and contact information are located here.
A good thing to know is that since it was 2012 you were last using you can also upgrade to 2020 without any issue.
