It's awesome that you're using QuickBooks Online Accountant for your firm! This is the best way to keep all your clients' books in one place. If a few of your clients run multiple businesses, I can see how it would be handy to group them all together in the Clients tab under Your Practice.
At this time, your clients list will display each account individually, and you're unable to group certain accounts together. I can see how this option would be beneficial, and how it would save you time when completing your work.
I'd be happy to submit this feedback to our product development team for review. We're constantly innovating and looking for ways to improve the program.
