I have two QuickBooks accounts for two different businesses of mine. When I login on my phone, it let me access the one I’ve created first... How can I switch between them on my phone and able the access my second one?

Hello suite3000,

Thanks for choosing QuickBooks not once, but twice for managing your businesses! It's great to have you with us. I appreciate how an easy way to switch between accounts would be useful when you're entering your businesses' transactions, and I can go over the options with you.

When it comes to QuickBooks Self-Employed, the way to switch between your accounts is to logout of the one to log into the other. Logging out is as simple as going to the profile icon in the upper left of the account, choosing Settings, then Sign out. This will bring you right back to the login screen where you can enter the login details for your other account. You can also switch between accounts by logging out of one and into the other when you're signed in on the QuickBooks website through a browser.

Since QuickBooks Self-Employed only allows you to use the login credentials for one account, there isn't a way to link the two for a more seamless switch. Feel free to leave us some feedback about that by following these steps.

  1. Select the Assistant tool.
  2. Type and enter feedback.
  3. Follow the prompts to share your thoughts with us.

I hope that helps! Give me a shout if you have more questions.
